The Many Muni Faces of San Francisco

Quick sketching on the Muni bus lines is a matter of luck; done over the past few years here are some of my favorite sketches whereby the model held his pose just a few seconds longer and more importantly, the spirit proved interesting. While working in a vacuum, I do not want the model to know that I am working on their countenance. There isn't much I can do to capture a few expressive lines that may define them because of the limited elbow space, the guard I must keep, and the assessment I have made that makes me believe that they may stay put long enough.
