STILL LIFES My still lifes are compilations from my personal collections, not necessarily self-portraits. I attempt to tell a story by creating a theatrical scene or an altar. I'm intrigued by juxtapositions and what they can reveal. They may conjure narratives, as well as ideas about just who the mysterious, unseen occupants may be.
